Our sommelier and winemaker choose the wines. Your shipment may contain new and existing releases depending on the time of year and your membership tier.
Yes. You can customize or add to your shipment by logging into your account. You will receive free delivery on any wines you add to your order using your account. Please be aware that the modifications will be reflected in the invoice.
Usually, the third week of each shipment month is when shipping starts. Your tracking information will be included in an email from our courier once your package has shipped.
You can request that your package be redirected to a location where it will be picked up on your behalf. Alternatively, you can ask for delayed shipping, and we will deliver your package once you get back.
